Welcome to CoParent Help ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CoParent Help website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By clicking "I Agree," creating an account, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.
2. Nature and Purpose of the Service
CoParent Help provides digital tools to assist coparents with:
- Secure communication
- Record-keeping and documentation
- File and media storage
- Accountability and transparency
The Service does not provide legal advice, mediation, therapy, or court services and is not a substitute for legal counsel or court orders.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activity conducted under your account
Accounts are user-specific and non-transferable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our platform policies.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate others
- Upload unlawful, false, defamatory, or misleading content
- Attempt to alter, falsify, delete, or manipulate records improperly
- Interfere with platform security or functionality
- Circumvent access controls or usage limits
Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
5. Records, Logs, and Data Integrity
The Service may automatically log:
- Messages and communications
- Timestamps and activity history
- Uploaded files and metadata
Certain records may be retained in an immutable or restricted-edit format to preserve integrity.
You acknowledge:
- You are responsible for the content you submit
- We do not verify or validate user-generated information
- Records are provided "as-is"
6. Court & Legal Use Disclaimer
While users may choose to export or present records generated through the Service, CoParent Help makes no guarantees regarding admissibility, acceptance, or legal weight in any court or legal proceeding.
Use of the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features require a paid subscription.
- Fees are billed in advance
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law
- Pricing and features may be modified with reasonable notice
8. Intellectual Property
All software, design elements, trademarks, and proprietary features of the Service are owned by or licensed to CoParent Help.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service
- Use branding or platform assets without written permission
9. Privacy & Data Use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs data collection, storage, and use in compliance with applicable laws.
10. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or operational reasons.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoParent Help shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Emotional distress, legal outcomes, or lost data
- User reliance on Service content or records
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoParent Help from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your content or conduct
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or platform misuse.
You may cancel your account at any time. Subscription obligations remain subject to billing terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
