Certified, court-ready evidence
Every export carries a SHA-256 hash of a canonical representation of its records plus a one-click records-custodian declaration in the standard FRE 902(11) / 902(13) form.
Tamper-evident by design
The hash is written to an append-only ledger at generation time. Any byte-level change to an exported file breaks its hash and fails verification.
QR authentication
Each PDF embeds a QR code and full hash in the page footer. Court clerks scan it; opposing counsel confirms authenticity without a subpoena or live testimony.
Legal hold & chain of custody
A dated, case-tagged hold lives on the ledger and is hashed into every subsequent export, so the preservation claim is part of the authenticated document.
